Buy Rent To Own Homes, LLC is a private real etate investment company that prides itself on creating win-win solutions for home buyers and sellers. We are a local company operating in the three areas of central Virginia (Charlottesville, Lynchburg and Richmond) with a focus on helping people who may be in a tough situation in acquiring, leasing or selling residential property. We purchase or otherwise acquire ownership interest in the properties of homeowners who wish to sell. We then begin get to work marketing the home as a lease option purchase to prospective tenant/buyers.
We work with buyers who want to secure a home and live in it now. We want to help people who may not have perfect credit now, but want to explore all options in how, when, and what type of financing they will get to buy the home in the future. We work with all types of buyers and situations. Some need time to alleviate a shortage of down payment money, some need time to solve credit issues. After our Tenant-Buyers move in, we work with lenders who help them repair their credit, so they can qualify for a new loan in 6 to 18 months and then buy the property.
